One of the first things we tell our house flipping students is that in order to achieve success, you must use your mind and control it. Most people don't think of this as a part of real estate investing success - and are reluctant to use their minds to create the right mindset. But we teach them how to do it anyway.

However, mind control is one of the best things you can do to achieve any sort of success in life, whether it's in house flipping or any other business venture. What most people in real estate investing don't realize is that house flipping success is very much tied to how you think and ask for things from the Universe.

The three steps to achieve house flipping success:

1. Asked the universe for success

The first step in real estate investing success is to ask the universe for that success.

Sit down and write it out on a piece of paper. Make sure you write it in the present. Say something like" "I am so happy and I am also so grateful that I now make over $150,000 per year flipping houses is a full-time job". Be very clear on what it is that you want. State it positively and specifically so that the universe knows exactly what it is that you desire. If you ordered something on Hammacher Schlemmer, you and continue to click the "order" button until you received it would you? It's easy, just place the order and wait for it to arrive at your doorstep.

2. Act As If House Flipping Success Is Already There - Believe

Believe as if whatever it is that you want you have already received. You need to believe that what you really want has already come, you must have complete and utter faith that it will arrive.

If you placed an order in a catalog, once you place it you KNOW it will come, you relax, kick back and know it will come. It's the same way with house flipping. Believe that what it is you asked for has already come to you and you are enjoying its benefits now. The minute you ask for your order the universe then rearranges itself to bring it to you.

3: Receive House Flipping Success

Begin to feel incredible about it that you want. Get that same feeling that you would have when it arrives: have that feeling every single day. Visualize the success that you will have and start telling everyone you know about how successful you are. See the success as you visualize it in your mind.

Whatever you do, don't think about "the how", this does not serve you.When you think about how it will come to you, it creates doubt in your mind.Your job is not "the how". The "how will I achieve success flipping houses" is not your part in the creative process.

Most people who have ever attracted anything great in their lives did not know how they were going to do it...all they knew is that they were going to do it. When most people don't get what they want especially after they have asked to receive it they get frustrated, discouraged or even depressed. Whatever you do, don't let this happen.

So instead of accepting this, recognize that feeling and REPLACE it with unwavering faith that it will come to you. Believe the success you want flipping houses for profit is already on its way.

Begin to feel incredible about it is that you want. Simply feel the way that you would feel when it arrives. Visualize yourself telling everyone you know about how much money you've made and how successful you are investing in real estate. Close your eyes and visualize all this success already coming to you. You need it feel it deep within you. Then wait for it to come to you. Act every step of the way, as if you already received it.

It's simple: ask once, believe it is, and feel great about having received it.

And that is "The Secret" to house flipping success.
