If no time is created for the unit to end it may affect the next semesters work. Thus the lecturer and the students agree to add other extra minutes to their time.

In higher levels of learning like in the university or the colleges, studies are organized by the vice chancellor. Lecturers create time to be with their family members. Also they get time to be with their other friends. Apart from that they can be lecturers in other universities which can help them generate more income.
